Welcome to Splash & Shine Mobile Carwash & Detailing L.L.C. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them thoroughly. 1. Services Provided We offer mobile car washing and detailing services at a location of your preference. The specific services requested will be detailed during the booking process and confirmed via phone, email, or our online system. 2. Booking and Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. A valid address and clear access to the vehicle are required for service. 3. Pricing and Payment Prices for services are disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are due upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash, Zelle, or Checks. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the stipulated time may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is contingent upon availability. 5. Customer Responsibilities Ensure the vehicle is accessible for service. Remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Inform us of any special conditions, such as aftermarket parts or delicate surfaces. 6. Liability and Limitations We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Splash & Shine Mobile Carwash & Detailing L.L.C. disclaims liability for valuables left inside the vehicle. The company is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate vehicle maintenance or manufacturer defects. 7. Weather and Environmental Conditions Services may be delayed or canceled in the event of severe weather conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. 8. Use of Cleaning Products All cleaning products employed are professional-grade and environmentally friendly. If you have sensitivities or restrictions regarding specific chemicals, please inform us prior to your appointment. 9. Amendments to Terms The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the company’s website or upon direct notification to clients. 10.
